Hi... Today will be '5-2=2d'perform in PECAI SECONDARY SCHOOL. Concert will start at 11am. We will meeting every1 in canteen by around 10.45am. 2D outing straight after concert!!! Erm... sorry guys, no details being stated on places to go. Let's just plan & vote where to go, on the spot. LOLS.

People, bad news. Chalet is cancel. 1st, i try to call the hotlines but none of it can gets through. 2nd, is VERY rush & some are still schooling, etc ningying, rodney, gerald, colin.... 3rd, looks like not every1 is ready yet. so the final conclusion is.... chalet is cancel. (=
Dont worry! we have backup plans! ^^
But i really need some comment or suggestion frm you all. Pls leave me a comment in chat box or login for entries asap.
Here's some of the choices...
1st, BBQ: place, date, time have no been arranged. We need people to provide us we materials (like: tongs, maps, aluminium foil) as we are trying to cut dwn the cost as much as possible. We also need volunteers to meet up & buy food.
2nd, swimming: Budget! save our $$$. etc, we can go to jurong. or wild wild wet??? we can meet every1 at serangoon. therefore, the journey wont be a boring 1. ;)
3rd, ice-skating: But it will be expensive. As we did estimated the cost of 1 person, minimum will be around $25 to $30.
You all can do suggest other events. Dates for carring out events should be around 31st of aug to 9th of aug, as this is our sep holidays.
Lastly, all the best to rodney and han lin for the final rehearsal. support the team: 5-3=2D.
To yi xian: i know you will read this. Sister, dont be sad. You know you can count on us. Everyone is worry about you. Please dont feel guilty. "Hellooooooooo. can we go take neo-prints???" Its vintage and retro leh! WHAHAHAS.

hey people who are interested in dance. our annual DANS (dance) FESTIVAL is coming! i've found out that esplanade is organising a very big special dance event. its called the OVERDRIVE DANCE PARTY. its like an major hip hop dance clubbing! there will be dj scratching to hip hop beats on missy elliot's, justin timberlake's tracks etc. its gonna be so damn hot and cool! anyone interested???

Guys, I'm so sorry to break this piece of news to you.
The supposedly dance competition organized by O School on the recital day itself, is only meant for O School members. So I'm assuming unless each and every member in the dance crew is somehow affliated to O School (through church/CHEC), then you're qualified for the audition. I apoolgise for giving false hope and incomplete info.
Nonetheless, there's always a next time. I'm sure there will be other dance competitions for you guys to take part. For instance, Funkamania VII. It is supposed to be held this year, but they pushed it to next year instead. So I'm crossing my fingers for now, if it is still open for sec/jc/tertiary students.

***1st, we plan to have a 2D chalet, in a every soon time. we hav 50% discount. but the date & place of resort has not been confirmed yet. Proberly it will be ard 31st of aug to 9th of sep. we will try our very best to book 1 chalet. but is NOT a guarantee.

Hey guys, it's me again. lol~ *^^*
This is for the dancers of our beloved 2D-03 clique. I'm not sure if any of you heard of this (I bet ah bao already knew of it though) but anyway, here's it!
There will be a dance competition organised by O School which will be held on 1st of December. Registration is now open for all teams. Details are not confirmed yet. (I supposed) So if any of you are interested, by all means please go ahead and check out O School's website for more info. Yeah...like duh.
So guys, take this into consideration ya? Maybe this can act as an encouragement for your teachers' day item. Like, to improvise it further and better and even better, and to not waste your time and effort, join this competition with your current piece or with a better routine? Hehe, that will be like killing two birds with a stone, yeah?
Oh, for those who are having/gonna be taking your exams, all the best! jia you jia you and jia you! Dancers + exam taker, please balance out your time. Don't forget to revise okay? I'm sure the thought of re-taking a module is scary enough to make you study. The rest, hope to see you guys around during Teachers' Day celebration itself!

alright there are audition players from 2D. we know who we are right. so on 22nd august 2007, audition players, rodney and hanlin found themselves well, a little complication between humans and a pooh bear? you guys must be thinking, "huh? poohbear? from winnie the pooh?" you're right. its poohbear. the twin bros finally found an living walking pooh bear alive!!

Hi guys. Here's my virgin entry for this blog. ^^
Regarding to what ah bao had previously suggested, I was thinking that the picnic idea may be used for chalet if we are gonna be having one during this vacation. As for the upcoming teachers' day celebration back @ peicai, everyone MUST be excited and definitely looking forward to see our very own clique of people performing right? Haha. So to celebrate the success of their performance, it will be appreciated greatly if all of us contribute some ideas as to what we can do after the celebration, yes? Since food to me, is personally the most important thing above all, here's my bit of contribution to the possible places we can go for dinner.

Cycling isnt new, but cycling through the night is. The best part is to cycle all the way to bukit timah/ bukit batok, you can feel that your leg is falling apart. It may sound stupid to do it, you may think why, but its just for the fun. Try things when you are young, i dont think you will be doing all this when you are in your 30s 40s. Its a good experience and good exposure, coming to know that Singapore is not that big, and ya anyway happy birthday singapore !
Its cool to take photo outside those elites schools pointing mi*dle fi*ger. Not to insult or what but to prove that we have attain that far distances. You really feel shiok, the sense of satisfaction.
So I here by urge those who have a bicycle at home to come down for the next night cycling, you never know what you might find out in the night and discover things you have not discoverd, to see things you have not seen, and to see things you normally cant see or wont want to see. For those who dont have a bicycle, you can always borrow one, I believe you have friends who have a bike, it dont have to be some fantastic bicycle like mine, at least some pretty decent ones.
Anyway its time to exercise for those who have not for the past few months, this is a good chance and also due to the past few gathering eating and drinking, guess you all have put on some weight. So get your bicycle ready and check out this site often for details on the next night cycling. For the time being just sit back and relax and enjoy those photos we have taken in the previous post.

Tour De Singapura

On Wednesday, August 8, the eve of National Day. 3 young souls embarked on their journey of cycling from Serangoon to Clementi, Bukit Timah and Batok. It is a fruitful experience for them as they have never cycled so far before and it is considered a record for them. With multiple pit stop for smoke break, they regained back their energy each time they stop. So it did not became a problem for they so far.
First we started off from WL house, we cycled our way to AMK then to Bishan and turned in into the Raffles Junior College. So we stopped along the school for some phototaking sessions. To the dispute and hate for RJCs' students, we smoked outside their school and point some M*ddle F*ngers. [: It was not a chiobu-less night that day. As god granted, a pretty lady was walking towards us and was holding on to a cigarette. Power. We then carried on to Maritchie Resorvior linking the way down to Bukit Timah. I was suggesting a shortcut route by cutting through the private estates, and to our amazement, it really can link us there. Luckily, we went the right direction if not I'll not be here to post anymore, might be caught by some Orang Utans or Cannibals in Sg. So we cycle, cycle and cycle. Saw a 7-11 and stopped for some susu and a refreshing bottle of Ice Lemon Tea by Seasons.
Next stop was Hwa Chong Institution, as per normal, we took some photos. [: I'll skip the details there, it's quite the scary you know worrrrrr. Nevermind, we reached KAP Mac and we carried our bikes up to the platform, too bad we don't have the pictures(i think WL have). Okay, down to Alameen and parked our bike there waiting for 2 girls to go off so we can have their seats but they neh si don't want to move we can do what just stand there and susu and wait lor wait wait wait wait they left then we sit down. Pftt. Then come some pretty ladies sitting beside us. I tell you what, that prata shop is infested by chio bu's. (5stars rated) Okay, so after we ate we cycled to MI, you know what? Colin's school, it was quite far plus the fact that there were more upslopes than down. Our determination brought us to this holy ground where we took some interesting photos [: Lucky police never turn right if not we all GG no RM, y'all now what it means.
After the photo taking and susu session, we cycled back to Alameen to find my friend. We susu there again and left for shell to pump air cause the back tire like spoilt then need to pump air every 2 gas stations. We intended to take the expressway by cutting through which was much faster than coming through the 156 route, so we got ready and CHIONG. We pia all the way down the expressway which was quite scary and through the Maritchie Resorvior again. I think we had like 50/60km/hr when going down this slope. Was fast and exciting. After all these, back to our home ground, Bishan. We chilled outside the 7-11, drinking Big Gulp and eating Cheese Buns and most importantly susu-ing. Okay went home after that. Then sleep. Too tired. Legs are like jelly now. Post pictures later. [:

On Wednesday, August 8, the eve of National Day. 3 young souls embarked on their journey of cycling from Serangoon to Clementi, Bukit Timah and Batok. It is a fruitful experience for them as they have never cycled so far before and it is considered a record for them. With multiple pit stop for smoke break, they regained back their energy each time they stop. So it did not became a problem for they so far.
First we started off from WL house, we cycled our way to AMK then to Bishan and turned in into the Raffles Junior College. So we stopped along the school for some phototaking sessions. To the dispute and hate for RJCs' students, we smoked outside their school and point some M*ddle F*ngers. [: It was not a chiobu-less night that day. As god granted, a pretty lady was walking towards us and was holding on to a cigarette. Power. We then carried on to Maritchie Resorvior linking the way down to Bukit Timah. I was suggesting a shortcut route by cutting through the private estates, and to our amazement, it really can link us there. Luckily, we went the right direction if not I'll not be here to post anymore, might be caught by some Orang Utans or Cannibals in Sg. So we cycle, cycle and cycle. As the core organiser of this event, would like to thank every single member of 2D for making yourself available for this celebration of baoman's 18th birthday. also would like to thank wei leong and hanlin especially for helping even more in the planning of the event. every one plays apart in contributing to the fun to make this whole day a successful and an enjoyable one.
from her post, we can see that she really enjoys and marked this date, 4th august 07, as an unforgettable one. do hope there are upcoming 'fun' events in the near future. ((:

First of all, i have to say that i'm very glad that almost everyone turned up & a big thank you for suprising me with the steamboat party. It's really very nice of you all for coming up with this celebration.

Hi, i ahv smting to share wif u all.
Ytd i saw our favorite MATHS TEACHER-MDM YEO, when i was on my way to sch. am i suppose to say im lucky dat i took the same bus with her? lols.
Frm a distance, she start to look at me & i was thinking; "siao liao! is dat mdm yeo? jialat!" as the bus went on, more & more ppl get into the bus. i hav to move in & i actually get to stand nx to her, while she was sitting dwn.
she strike out a conversation wif me, asking where am i gg to. i start to tease her back by asking more & more about her private life. LOL. she's very modern for now ok?! she's on her way to CITYHALL for shopping, meeting her friends. enjoying life leh!
she's sort of gan chiong. asking me will she be able to reach cityhall by 30mins time. she's proberly late. 1 funny qn she asked me; "zhe men pan? wo chi dao le!" (image her face & her expression.) LOL. i replied her ; "da ge ni peng you lo." (dun dare to lauff)
the rest were jus those random qns like; how's life? what hav you been doing & bla bla bla.
1 indian guy get to stand nx to me, unbelieveable dat our dear mdn yeo is as racist as us. she keep on looking at dat indian guy wif a unhappy look. wasnt she's still dat cute aft all??? LOLS.

A reminder of the next upcoming rehearsal:
will be in estimated 2 weeks from now, we were told to get fully ready by the next rehearsal. 15 aug on agar-ation.
fully ready meaning - all steps choreographed, co-ordination, perfection of steps, sharpness and force, all to be ready by then.
(p.s. hanlintwinbro, i have contacted the studio person and he/she have also contacted me back already. he/she will contact us back again to discuss it. so come out with the next practice date so we can book studio in advance and no more last min work of hunting places to practice anymore. =/)
dance groups that passed the audition are 2D'03, D'Conquerors and Sec 3 - Jing Wu Men.
which means, there will be a great show in the concert. i'm sure D'Con and Jing Wu Men are working hard, so we must too! jiaYOUS!

Weeee, surprise surprise~ no one really posted about our audition?
Haha, guess you guess are simply too tired =/ (severe muscle aches?) lmao~
Ok, while you guys are still dreaming about our audition in you lalalands, and waiting for my hair to dry, adding on is the shiokness of my muscle aches XD. Lemme add my few cents on today =)
Well, we did surprisingly good, considering the fact that we practiced like some crazy monkeys the day before =p (inspired me to our group name: LastMinute, Yesterday), haha, all of us put in our best in efforts to make today the best it can be =)
Thou we did really really 'fantastic', overall, its really a good exposure. The feeling when we were on stage, the faith that you put in your teammates =)
One thing is that, i feel that we didn't really enjoyed this very much.
"I would never do last minute dance again!" -quoted from WL. (He smoked a lot more than usual)
"I'M NOT A ROBOT OK!! I DANCED THE WHOLE F**KING DAY, BREAKDANCE!!" -

For hanlin, It was really stressful, he guessed he became stupid with mass loss of brain cells, he understands that coming up with a choreography wasn't easy, futhurmore mastering the dance steps for a performance when he know that he is going to be damn nervous. Thats why, he didn't enjoyed the dance, and he recalled that, the purpose in dance is to be happy and enjoy, whats the point if you've got world class choreo when you know you ain't gonna enjoy it.
Oh man!! you saw craps!?? nono its a crab!! actually i my message was: -lesson learnt-
Understand, we all have projects submissions, exams, other commitments coming at us all at once.
Gerald got his exams coming, he has got work, most importantly, he has got his WCG coming.
WeiLeong also got his exams coming AND he hasn't been paying attention at class =p, a series of unfortunate events like chain lightinings: ankle breaks + bike bwaung + right eyelid flickering
Rodney just started school and got himself 'good' classmates (once again) =/, got work.
Yixian got his own commitments, projects.
Hanlin got projects coming in.
I'm sure you guys understand what WCG means to Gerald, what back flips mean to WeiLeong, what projects means to yixian.
YET YET, we did good =)
I understand you guys got lots of things to do, hope that you did include our final dance inside your schedule. I'll try to come up with the time table ASAP, so sorry i know i'm late for this already =(. Advance notice: this will be a slacking time table, I'll make it that, just come down if you feel like it, don't worry =) (p.s. twinbro can you contact the studio guy again)
